As a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Panel Review Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to respond to concerns, support access procedures, and communicate professionally with visitors and team members. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and support visitor, vendor, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
  • Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
