About The Position

Walden Security is seeking reliable and professional individuals to join their team as Armed and Unarmed Security Officers. This position will provide temporary coverage across multiple shifts to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and facilities during the assignment period. The company will be hosting a Job Fair on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST at the Holiday Inn Express in Tullahoma, TN. Candidates interested in the Security Officer positions are encouraged to attend this event to learn more about the role, meet the team, and complete the initial hiring process. Positions are available for both Unarmed and Armed Security Officers, covering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Armed positions require a minimum of 5 years of Law Enforcement or MPO experience. Attendees must bring two forms of identification, proof of education, direct deposit information, and be prepared for a drug test. Business casual attire is required for the job fair.

Requirements

High School diploma or General Educational Degree (GED)
Minimum of 21 years of age
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Must have 5 years of Law Enforcement or MPO experience (for Armed positions)

Responsibilities

Protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.
