Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and authorized items entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and shipping-related documentation, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregularities to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, loading zones, facility access points, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
