As a Security Officer Full Time Tablet Reporting Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, building entrances, parking areas, amenities, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Document incidents, observations, patrol activities, and policy violations in clear and accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
