About The Position

Security Duties : Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems Indoor patrol of buildings (only) checking for physical damage, water damage, leaking pipes, bathrooms secure Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Concierge Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building to building next door)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• MD Guard Card
