About The Position

As a Security Officer - Residential Concierge in Scottsdale, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community. You will help manage entry procedures, monitor access points, and support residents and visitors with professional service and clear communication. The role includes maintaining a visible presence, conducting routine patrols, and helping deter security-related incidents, using computer or tablet tools as needed. This is a full-time position paying $20.75 per hour. The scheduled hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Wednesday through Sunday.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience.
Access control and badge experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor resident, visitor, vendor, and vehicle access to the residential community; verify authorization and maintain required entry records.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unauthorized activity, access concerns, and property conditions.
Maintain clear, accurate reports of access activity, incidents, observations, and communications in accordance with company and site-specific procedures.
