Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and support a professional, welcoming environment.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
