About The Position

Milkco is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard for its 2nd shift, working from 4:00 PM to Midnight, 5 days a week with an alternating schedule that includes some weekends. This role is crucial for maintaining the security and operational flow of the facility. Milkco, Inc. is a Fluid Milk Plant established in 1982, which processes, bottles, and ships fluid milk, juice, tea, and eggnog. The company has grown from 50 employees to over 250 and offers steady, stable work with opportunities for learning, growth, and advancement.

Requirements

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.
• Must be able to walk around the building and climb stairs every 2 hrs.
• Must be able to work outdoors in variable weather.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring security cameras.
• Signing in/out employees & visitors.
• Maintaining records of truck arrival/departure.
• Monitoring premises and reporting any facility issues.
• Making rounds for facility records.
• Answering phones.
