Requirements

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Proficient with technology and using multiple software and applications
• Ability to type quickly to process visitors and employees efficiently.
• Speak clearly and concisely
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Must have experience in providing detailed case reports.
• Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing security patrols of designated areas by foot.
• Observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Maintaining access control of premises and monitoring entrances and exits.
• Attending to the front desk and greeting customers.
• Providing a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
• Patrolling buildings and parking areas.
• Identifying unsafe conditions and improperly secured areas/property to help prevent theft, injuries, or damages.
• Interacting with visitors and staff in a professional manner that is proactive, friendly, and helpful.
• Projecting a positive image in dress and decorum.
• Maintaining a regular, consistent attendance record.
• Adhering to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.
• Interacting with guests and employees in a professional manner.
• Providing detailed case reports.
