About The Position

This position is responsible for enforcing company security and safety regulations, guarding the transfer of money and chips, and performing all security and safety-related duties for the Casino/Hotel. The role also involves operating a motorized vehicle and potentially participating in the supervision and operation of the multi-casino Bad Beat system. The Security Officer is expected to consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills, maintain a positive attitude, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.
Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.
Promotes programs and card membership.
Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
Enforces company security/safety regulations.
Guards transfer of money and chips.
Performs all security/safety related duties for Casino/Hotel.
Represents company and its property to ensure all Casino regulations are adhered to at all times.
Operates motorized vehicle, i.e., company van.
Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support the multi-casino Bad Beat system.
Other duties as assigned.
