Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and building personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor entry points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue and collect access credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Monitor access control systems and report malfunctioning equipment, unauthorized access attempts, and unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
