About The Position

Securitas is seeking Entry-Level Security Officers for full-time positions in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, VA. This role involves being a key player in our security team, providing critical thinking, observation, and excellent customer service. We offer weekly pay, career growth opportunities, and an employee referral bonus. Available shifts include 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), with a requirement to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). The pay rate is $19.75 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Physically capable of sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
Flexibility to work weekend shifts.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Valid driver's license.
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be over the age of 18.
