Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of prior relevant experience in customer service
Must be able 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Actively patrol and monitor all areas of the property through rotating assignments, including the exterior using various modes of transportation.
Perform all necessary duties as trained in order to respond in emergency situations, including but not limited to: Rendering appropriate first aid, CPR/AED Responsive Care, initiating and conducting evacuation procedures, physically engaging and restraining a person who is threatening or poses a harm, and moving from location to location at appropriate speeds.
Secure the scene to prevent further loss or damage, advise personnel of threats and potential threats, and summon emergency responders to the incident.
Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees and resolve complaints and issues involving both guests and employees.
