About The Position

Securitas is hiring for Entry-Level Security Officer positions, with full-time opportunities available. These roles are located in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, VA. The pay rate is $19.75 per hour. Shift availability includes 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) are required for the 3rd Shift. Requirements

Pass a drug screen and background check.
Valid driver's license.
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be over the age of 18.
Critical thinking ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Observant and diligent in monitoring and assessing environments.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to protocols and guidelines.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Physically capable of sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
Flexibility to work weekend shifts.

Nice To Haves

Proficient computer skills and basic computer knowledge preferred.
