Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access screening protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Screen individuals and authorized items entering the technology-focused location using established procedures and security-related equipment, escalating prohibited or suspicious items in accordance with site policies.
Monitor entry points, credential status, and visitor authorization to help maintain controlled access to restricted areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services when directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry areas, business spaces, and perimeter locations, reporting observed security-related concerns according to site procedures.
