About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Tactical Security Officer to join their team. This role requires an individual who can observe their environment, anticipate risks, and act accordingly. Physical ability is essential as the role involves patrolling various environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers for an entire shift. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license with a clear MVR record
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Possess a valid WI security license (bonus offered for this)
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Have a state license if required

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
