Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Customer Service Experience is preferred.
CPR Certification is preferred.
Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the site.
Monitor and report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, hazardous conditions, and facility concerns in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and visitor or contractor documentation as required by site procedures.
