The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service. This role oversees the physical security of the casino and company assets, and is responsible for the physical safety of guests, employees, and property. The officer must report any criminal or suspicious activity, as well as any violations of company policy, to their immediate supervisor without hesitation. Additionally, the officer must have knowledge of all promotions and events. This position may involve other duties as assigned. The work environment can contain bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations. The physical requirements include being physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, responding to visual and aural cues, and being able to read, write, speak, and understand English. The officer must also be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
