Requirements

Current CA Guard Card
Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Minimum 1 year experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Active CA Guard Card
Active CA Guard Card ID/Social Security or other I-9 Verification documents
Direct Deposit Form

Nice To Haves

Dispatching or concierge experience preferred
Prior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Interior/Exterior Facility patrol
Gate Access Control
Customer Service
Patrolling & de-escalation
Trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need (for Flex Officers).
Accept shifts as they become available due to staffing needs (for Flex Officers).
Cover for staff who are unable to work their shift (for Flex Officers).
