As a Security Officer Morning Pharmaceutical Company Patrol in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
