The Security Officer reports to the Guest Services Manager and is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property. This role involves patrolling the premises, managing access control, responding to emergencies, and enforcing hotel policies to prevent theft, disturbances, or other incidents. Strong observational skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond calmly under pressure are essential. The role will also actively develop trusting and transparent relations with fellow associates of the hotel.
