Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize calls for service, and coordinate the assignment of personnel or resources in accordance with site procedures.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and related documentation; communicate relevant information to supervisors, site personnel, and/or emergency responders.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance-related issues.
