As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a media and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, production areas, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and documenting security-related incidents, unusual conditions, and policy violations.
