As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Service in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to site needs while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees at a luxury retail location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and customer inquiries, and report suspicious persons, incidents, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying management and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site leadership and Allied Universal team members regarding daily activities, incidents, and observations.
