Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset to every shift.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to control access, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity according to site procedures.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, maintain a visible presence throughout the location, and support daily operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
