As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Certified in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Professional supporting a government transportation location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to visitors, employees, and partners. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at public transportation facilities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain communication with site contacts, dispatch, and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily activities and incidents.
