As a Security Officer Patrol with TWIC in CROCKETT, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access awareness with strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, loading, office, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor logs, and report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, or policy violations to site management.
• Support a clean and orderly food and beverage location by observing for spills, blocked exits, unsecured doors, and/or other conditions that may require notification or follow-up.
