Requirements

  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
  • Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
  • Coordinate with building management, tenants, and emergency responders as needed, while maintaining clear communication and detailed incident documentation.
