About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer in Phoenix, Arizona. The role varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The officer adapts to changing assignments while helping protect people and property. The schedule is 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday, for 40 hours per week. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have an active guard credential or license.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
