Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility operations personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and security-related policies at the front desk.
• Monitor visitor entry, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide information and assistance, and communicate professionally with building occupants, guests, and authorized personnel.
• Monitor front-desk communications, alarms, and access-control activity; report unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.
