As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will respond to routine concerns, document activity, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that values integrity, agility, and innovation.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, assigned post orders, and appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying the appropriate contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and/or common areas, verify access as directed, and report maintenance, lighting, or property-related issues observed during patrols.
  • Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a professional presence, communicating clearly with site personnel and/or the public, and completing required reports accurately and on time.
