This role is responsible for maintaining order and ensuring the welfare and security of guests and the hotel premises. The position also involves de-escalating guest disturbances, conducting investigations, and completing necessary reports while maintaining confidentiality. A key aspect of the role involves physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects, as well as assisting guests and handling minor mechanical repairs.
