About The Position
Allied Universal is Now Hiring in Philadelphia, PA. This is a Part-Time position with multiple shifts available Monday through Sunday. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour. We offer excellent career advancement opportunities. Paid orientation is provided. Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) are available for Full-Time employees. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, have at least 1 year of security experience, be able to work outdoors in the elements, and be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Must be 21 Years of Age or Older
- Must have at least 1 year of Security Experience
- Must be able to work outdoors in the elements
- Must be able to stand and walk for Long Periods of time
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
