Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and help support smooth site operations. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control points, respond to reports of unusual activity, and complete clear, timely documentation. Bring strong communication and customer service skills while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse, yard, loading dock, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Monitor access control points and support shipping and receiving operations by verifying credentials, checking vehicles and/or trailers as required by site policy, and directing traffic flow.
Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate observations that may help to deter theft, damage, and/or unauthorized access.
