Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned spaces to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, including verifying credentials, directing guests, and documenting relevant activity in accordance with site requirements.
Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.
