About The Position

Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Restaurant in Boston MA. Sundays 3 PM - 11 PM (With Option for More Shifts). Starting Pay is $19.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training. Life doesn’t always follow a fixed schedule. Requirements

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail and dining location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales areas, dining spaces, entrances, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor customer and employee activity, access points, and deliveries while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations in accordance with site procedures.
