Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to shoppers, associates, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter theft, unauthorized activity, and policy violations.
Observe and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and security-related incidents in accordance with site procedures.
Assist with access control, incident documentation, and coordination with store management and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
