As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Driver Patrol in Research Triangle Park, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving post. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unauthorized access or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site and Allied Universal reporting protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately through required reports and communication systems.
