As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Bicycle Patrol Operations in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas by bicycle, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will ride for extended periods, conduct routine checks, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

Ability to ride a bike is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, residents, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned public areas, buildings, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and assist with directing visitors in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions accurately and promptly in required reports and logs.
