As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, vendors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the market areas, vendor spaces, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and unusual occurrences accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
