Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor permissions, and support vehicle and foot traffic control at the location in alignment with site policies.
Assist with incident reporting, shift pass-down communication, and/or coordination with site contacts during operational disruptions, medical events, or other critical situations.
