You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor alarm systems, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitors, deliveries, and unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
