As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Electronic Reporting in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at commercial real estate locations.
  • Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
