About The Position
Securitas is hiring Security Officers for temporary assignments on a Data Center Construction Site. These positions involve 12-hour shifts, either day or night. The role requires individuals who are critical thinkers, observant, able to follow instructions, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and are physically capable of performing the duties. Basic computer proficiency is preferred. The job is located in Ashburn, VA.
Requirements
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Able to read, write, and speak English.
- Over the age of 18.
Nice To Haves
- Proficient Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess environments.
- Adhere to protocols and guidelines.
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Perform duties requiring sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
- Be available for weekend shifts.
