Requirements

Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities.
Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate and communicate using two-way radios.

Responsibilities

Maintain thorough knowledge of company property layouts and general knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
Interact professionally with internal and external customers, including individuals requiring high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information.
Listen, speak, read, and write clearly to gather and document important information.
Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
Stay alert and use your hearing and vision to spot potential emergencies.
Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances across multiple properties.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Climb stairs quickly when required.
Work effectively in extreme temperature conditions.
