• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with resident needs.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance the overall resident experience.
• Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas to deter and detect security issues. All patrols will be documented using a mobile device
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Create daily logs and incident reports
• Receive and scan incoming packages, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery to residents.
• Effectively manage package storage and distribution, maintaining a secure and organized system.
