As a Security Officer Unarmed Computer Assisted Patrol Driver Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Familiarity with managing access control systems and issuing badges to ensure the safety and security of our facilities.
• Alarm Panel Experience (B202): Proficiency in monitoring and responding to alarm systems, ensuring prompt action in case of emergencies.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Ability to navigate technology effectively, as our security operations rely on various software and digital tools.
• CPR Certification (B205): Certification in CPR is essential, as it equips you to respond effectively in medical emergencies.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset are crucial for providing excellent service to our clients and visitors.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense billing location.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with employees, contractors, and visitors and following Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.
