As a Security Officer - Full Time in Green Bay, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation location, including buildings, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for vehicles, trailers, and pedestrians, report suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized access, and follow site protocols for deliveries and arrivals.
• Support daily operations by reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy violations, and by assisting with traffic flow, gate activity, and other assigned security-related duties.
