About The Position

As a Security Officer Visitor Services in Easton, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming presence, support access control and badge processes, monitor site activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet-based tools, you will help maintain an orderly environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, maintain visitor logs, issue visitor credentials, and communicate access procedures in a professional manner.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and/or other security-related systems; report unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general building information, receive deliveries, and support tenant and visitor requests in accordance with site policies.
