About The Position

Walden Security is seeking reliable and professional individuals to join our team as Security Officers. This position will provide coverage across multiple shifts to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and facilities. The company is hosting a Job Fair on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, as an opportunity for candidates to learn more about the role, meet the team, and begin the hiring process. Positions include Unarmed and Armed Security Officers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in the Chattanooga, TN area.

Requirements

High School diploma or General Educational Degree (GED)
Minimum of 18 years of age
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Valid driver's license
Two forms of identification (to be brought to job fair)
Proof of education (to be brought to job fair)
Must come dressed in business casual attire to the job fair
Prepare to undergo a drug test at the job fair

Nice To Haves

Prior law enforcement or military highly preferred

Responsibilities

Protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.
